TUJUAN JABATAN
Membantu HSE Supervisor melakukan tugas-tugas operasional K3LH di proyek sebagai implementasi sistem K3LH perusahaan (MSM) untuk mewujudkan zero accident serta keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja bagi karyawan.

TUGAS UTAMA
• Memberikan induksi safety bagi tamu di proyek, maupun karyawan yang baru kembali dari cuti R&R, termasuk karyawan dari subkontraktor.
• Memberikan training K3LH kepada semua karyawan di proyek untuk memastikan semua karyawan telah mendapatkan pelatihan K3LH serta memahami kewajiban terhadap implementasi sistem dan peraturan K3LH.
• Mempersiapkan dan melakukan P5M/Safety Talk/Tool Box Meeting setiap awal shift di office maupun di lapangan dengan melibatkan peran serta seluruh karyawan di proyek.
• Melakukan inspeksi regular maupun non regular ke office / workshop / unit equipments untuk memastikan semua peralatan & perlengkapan safety dalam kondisi siap pakai, aman dan tidak membahayakan siapa pun yang bekerja di proyek.Melakukan tindak lanjut terhadap hasil temuan inspeksi di atas, melakukan koordinasi dengan departemen user agar hasil temuan dapat diperbaiki dengan batas waktu yang ditentukan.
• Melakukan investigasi regular maupun non regular ke kantin / prasarana laundry / mess untuk memastikan sarana, lingkungan maupun alat kerja yang digunakan dalam kondisi higenis, bersih, dan aman. Melakukan tindak lanjut terhadap hasil temuan inspeksi di atas, melakukan koordinasi dengan departemen terkait agar hasil temuan dapat diperbaiki dengan batas waktu yang ditentukan
• Membuat laporan performa safety harian / mingguan / bulanan dan mengirimkannya ke HSE Supervisor untuk direview.
